Each tier’s percentage applies to a downline agent’s gross commission income until that agent has paid $12,000 to Real ($80,000 of GCI) — the figure Real prints for both countries. Real prints no figure for team members; we stop rev share where the member’s own cap fills. Everyone counted is assumed active and producing for the whole year, including the agents that unlock your tiers. Real requires you to be active and close $450 every 6 months to receive revenue share.

You cap at $15K as the leader. Real notes that member splits and fees can vary by team — that part is your call.
